Most sign-in problems are quick to fix. Run through these first — they solve the large majority of cases:

1. 1.Make sure you're on https://therefinery.com (with the https://). On an insecure http address the login can silently fail.
2. 2.Check your Caps Lock and for any extra spaces — passwords are case-sensitive.
3. 3.Try a private / incognito window or a different browser, in case an old cached page is interfering.
4. 4.Confirm you're using the exact username you signed up with.
